Searching for the meaning of friendship has always been a burning question. However as soon as we meet our friends all these questions get answered automatically. The answer to what is the meaning of friendship lies within our hearts, because true friendship can only be felt, and not expressed. Something so pure and essential is not always visible to the eye, but is felt by the heart.

 
 
What a woman wants

A woman wants to be held tight,
to be told everything will turn out all right,
she wants a man who understands,
that she can't always be strong,
she wants comfort in the night,
to be told she's safe in her lover's arms.
She wants to be told she's beautiful,
especially when she doesn't feel it,
she doesn't want to hear frustrated sighs
when she's down,
she wants to hear
I Love You.

A woman wants compassion and love,
she needs to be told every day
that she's loved in every way,
when she's down
and you don't know what to do,
just hold her close to you,
she needs to be touched in every way,
she wants to be romanced,
she wants to be fought for,
to know she's worth the sacrifice
that you will go through.
She wants to know you love her deeply,
And if you don't show it she'll think you don't.

So if you want a woman's heart,
just keep one thing in mind,
she'll give you everything she's got,
if you do the same,
but if you deceive her,
there's only so far you can go,
before her love starts to die,
and in the end it will be you
who is left to cry.
 
 
So as a New Year Resolution I decided to hit the gym. My Goal is to lose 15lb and 2 inches off my waist and continue to stay lean and fit. For the past 3 weeks I started with warm ups, 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the step climber. I don’t know about you but I’m gym-tarded so I'm not sure what to do in the gym and I'm too chicken to ask for help. I don’t like people interrupting my routine so I won’t interrupt theirs. Well, I started off weighing 160lb and I'm currently at 163lb. (muscle) I'm noticing that my legs are more defined and toned as well as my hips however; my core area still needs work. So yesterday I went out and purchased Insanity Work-Out with Shaun T. Last night was my first session and can we say…. SORE! I left the gym feeling great! It’s extremely hard but I know with perseverance and determination I will get thru it.

From here until the 60 program end I will update and post pictures of my journey to my weight goal.

Starting off at 163lbs - 5’9” Measurements, 34-30-42

  1. Dig Deeper & Fit Test: You are going to start off by testing your body and determination to see is you have what it takes to do these insane workouts. (30 minutes)
  2. Plyometric Cardio Circuit: This session of intense lower-body plyometrics and sweat-inducing cardio is designed for maximum fat burning. (40 minutes)
  3. Cardio Power & Resistance: Strength-training and power exercises to build lean, strong muscle and upper-body definition. (40 minutes)
  4. Cardio Recovery & Max Recovery: In this weekly recovery round, Shaun goes easy on you to make sure you are ready for the next round. (80 minutes)
  5. Pure Cardio & Abs: No breaks in this round—this nonstop cardio workout is INSANE and intense. (40 minutes)
  6. Cardio Abs: Explosive intervals of cardio and core moves will give you rock-hard abs. (20 minutes)
  7. Core Cardio & Balance: Now that you’ve finished month 1, take a short break and get ready for month 2. (40 minutes)
  8. Max Interval Circuit: This interval circuit is more intense than any workout you’ve ever tried before. (60 minutes)
  9. Max Interval Plyo: Push your legs until they can’t do anymore with this power and plyo workout, all at your MAX. (55 minutes)
  10. Max Cardio Conditioning & Abs: This extreme cardio workout will push you to your limit. (50 minutes)

 If you were someone else, what advice would you give yourself?  If you could step back from being you, and look objectively at what you're doing and how you're living, what changes would you recommend? It's easy to imagine the straightforward advice you'd give to someone else, because you don't have to follow that advice.  Now imagine applying that same level of honesty and objectivity to your own situation. Remember that you are not your problems, as intimate as those difficulties may feel.  You do indeed have the ability to step back and to see clearly what you must do. You have it within you to rise above every difficulty.  You are absolutely capable of knowing and doing what will bring true fulfillment. Take an honest, loving look at where you are.  See the very real and positive possibilities available to you. Rise above the limitations you've been imposing on yourself.  Live your true values and fulfill the best that you know is within you.
